For in any case, you want to return, exchange or cancel, please check out our standard policy.
- All claims for Defective products from Mudhra Trends, have to be made WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) days of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us (Call us or WhatsApp us on 8939451154 / Mail us on email@example.com). Returned items MUST comply with the following conditions to be accepted
- Items must be in NEW condition.
- Items should have their original tags and price tags.
- Items to be in original packing material and boxes (if supplied)
- Items should not have been used.
- The money refund will take a minimum of 15 (Fifteen) – 20 (Twenty) working days from the day of receipt of the returned item. The money would be refunded to the same account used for payment by the customer.
- We also recommend taking up our e – gift card for equivalent amount.
- Claims for Mis-shipped items (wrong items/ incorrect address location), the returns will be accepted ONLY when it is initiated WITHIN 3 (THREE) days of the receipt of the item. Supporting photographs to be taken and preserved to be shown when asked.
- For all other reasons for return claims, there will be 15% restocking charges (on the overall invoice amount) and the customer is liable for the return shipment charges.
- Returned item should be packaged appropriately according to the shipping guidelines.
What cannot be returned:
- E- gift cards cannot be returned
- No partial item of an order can be returned or exchanged. (ex – dupatta alone for salwar suit set)
- Blouse pieces or fabrics lesser than 1 meter cannot be returned.

- Partial cancellation of an order (ex – out of 3 sarees, 1 saree need to be cancelled) – can be done. Since it is partial cancellation, the return shipment charges to be borne by the customer. Refund to be made by eGift Card or exchange with an alternate item of same value.
- For normal cancellation before the order has been dispatched, no charges will be applied and cancellation is done.
- For orders where the items have been dispatched, the normal return order policy will be applied as mentioned above.
In case of any unsatisfactory product (colour, size, pattern, material), you can opt for exchanging the same to a different product from a wide range of our collections. The shipped product will be taken as per our standard return policy.
